Mr Muhammad Taj Khan
Mr. Khan is the principal solicitor in the firm. He was admitted as a solicitor in 2016. He is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer and advises on all matters in connection with the civil disputes. He also advises on criminal defence covering a wide range of offences such as fraud/white collar crime, domestic violence, sex offences, homicide/manslaughter.
He is also the COLP (Compliance Officer for Legal Practice) and is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the legal practice’s compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations.
Mr Zakir Hussain Kayani
He was admitted as a Registered Foreign Lawyer in 2018.
He focuses on immigration and Landlord and Tenant matters covering both residential and commercial aspects of it.
Ms Irum Rashid
Qualified in 2020 as a solicitor. Her practice is centred on private family law and immigration. She takes the best approach in order to achieve the desired outcome for the clients.
Mr Jihad Al Najjar
He was admitted in 2020. He specialises in commercial property litigation with a particular focus on commercial landlord and tenant matters. He has sound understanding of the relevant rules and regulation which he applies
Ms Elena Klein
Elena was admitted as a solicitor on 12/01/2023. She handles employment disputes and European immigration matters. She pays attention to details and is meticulous in her case preparation focusing on the best results for the clients.
